Product Manager in the AI and Data Department
Role Overview:
As a Product Manager in the AI and Data Department, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our AI-driven initiatives across various business areas.
We are seeking four distinct profiles, each specializing in a key area: Growth, Customer Service Enhancement, Operational Optimization, and Churn and Loyalty.
While each role focuses on a different aspect of the business, all require a strong foundation in product management, AI, and data analytics.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with expertise in the relevant focus area (Growth, Customer Service Enhancement, Operational Optimization, or Churn and Loyalty).
● Strong understanding of AI and data analytics, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
● Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work closely with development teams to execute solutions.
● Experience in leading strategic products and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
